Just got home from 2 weeks away in Vigo and Lisbon. First world cup of the year is done now, what a week, i qualified 5th then had a big crash in the final at the start, i was not happy. Rachel Atherton had a big crash and broke her arm, was so gutted for her.
Moved on to Lisbon for the downtown street race, such a cool event, i qualified 1st then ended up 3rd in the final, made a couple of mistakes which cost me bigtime, lost by o.9 of a second.
Peaty smoked it and won a lovely little car, its the second round of the british series this weekend at Ae forest in Scotland…

Last weekend we had our first national in Scotland, the weather was good, track was awesome and it was a wicked start to the season. Me and Rach were fighting for top spot, i
seeded 1st, then finals Rach came and took top spot, i was 2nd, Fionn on was 3rd.
Men's racing was exciting, Peaty smoked it, Gee 2nd, Marc b 3rd, Simdog 4th and Dan 5th. Greg crashed. Only 2 weeks now til the first world cup, its the bike show this weekend, next weekend there is a Red Bull event in Newcastle, freeride and dirt jumps, should be a wicked event…
